I was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. I am a suivior of the Catholic Educational Sysetm, where the 3 R's, respect for all, and, character development were highly valued.

I am married, with two, grown children. My wife, owns, and operates a home based business, in which she sells, home, air, and water purification systems. My son, has a Masters Degree in Kinesiology, lives in Northern California, and works as a Physical Therapist and Athletic Trainer. My daughter, will soon complete her studies in, Veterinary Medicine.

I began my working career, in the Plastics Industry, as, an apprentice, then, journeyman Mold Maker. I've held positions as, Project Manager, Department Head, Safety Director, and Trainer. I moved to California in the mid 70's, and, purchased my first home. I began investing in Real Estate soon after that, and, I now own several properties, located in California, New Mexico, and Tennessee. I decided to change careers in 2004, obtained my Real Estate license, and, I have been working in Real Estate ever since. I enjoy working with people, and take pride in the fact, that, I can assist them with their Real Estate Investments (for most people, Real Estate is the largest financial investment, they will ever make).
